3laaHamed Library (3laahamed.com) is a free library of the recorded lectures of Eng. Alaa Hamed, together with the Qur'an, daily remembrances, and a memorisation tracker. Contact:{' '} info@3laahamed.com.

Browsing the library, the Qur'an and the remembrances requires no account and no personal data. If you create an account we store your email address for sign-in, and the data you create in the app: lesson progress, the daily accountability checklist, your memorisation ledger, and any feedback you send.

We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page counts and Google Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

The site includes an internal publishing tool used only by the channel owner and site administrators. With the channel owner's explicit consent, it uses the YouTube Data API to upload a video to that channel on their behalf, so a finished lecture does not have to be uploaded twice.

What we access. Only the ability to upload and manage videos on the specific YouTube channel whose owner granted consent. We do not read viewer data, subscriber lists, or any other channel.

What we store. An OAuth refresh token for that one channel, held encrypted at rest on our server so scheduled uploads can run without re-authorising. It is never sent to a browser, never included in client-side code, and never shared with anyone.

What we never do. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, do not use it for advertising or profiling, and do not allow humans to read it except where required for security or to comply with law.

Revoking access. The channel owner can revoke this at any time from their Google Account permissions page, or by removing our access in YouTube Studio. Revoking immediately stops all publishing; we delete the stored token on our next run.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the{' '} Google API Services User Data Policy , including its Limited Use requirements.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Email us at info@3laahamed.com to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account; deletion removes your progress, memorisation ledger and accountability records from our database.

Video masters uploaded through the publishing tool are deleted from our storage once they have been processed; only the published renditions are retained.

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
